Capricorn

the female domicile of Saturn

June 30, 2022

Capricorn is "The Elder of the Zodiac". They are mature, serious, hard-working, self-sufficient. They have their eyes on the prize, they know how to get there and they are not afraid to get down to the dirty work. They want social respect, authority and financial security and they are not afraid to climb even the rockiest of mountains to get there. They wouldn't have it any other way, anyway. Long story short: Capricorns are a force to be reckoned with.

They approach life with the understanding that it is a serious business. It needs to be dedicated to something meaningful, a goal that you work towards with discipline, structure and persistence. Their goals are always practical and realistic, peppered with social recognition. They know what to do and how to get it done. Resourcefulness is their middle name. Their approach to life is based on their strong sense of framework.

Their vision is very clear, they have no hazy idealistic pursuits or unquantifiable targets. They are an Earth sign focused on tangible results. Their seriousness and maturity often make them loners and introverts. Most children, youths and young people don't vibe with Capricorns' grown-up, streamlined, "having your shit together" outlook on life. In fact, even as children, these people give off the vibe of strict, judgmental, calculative and in-control people. And that's party true. Capricorns are strict, especially with themselves. They are judgmental because they seem to effortlessly have their lives under control which is hard for most people all the way up until 30. By that age, Capricorns have lived in a world where everyone in their age group seems to have a hard time navigating life. Everyone but them. So naturally, a sense of "judgmentality" emerges.

People born under this sign have a good amount of common sense makes them skeptical of novelties and big-worded promises of easy money and fast success. Even if it seemed truly possible, Capricorns still would jump on the opportunity. They prefer the kind of success, social respect and authority that come through time-tested formulas. They climb their mountains slowly but steadily.

Material security is what stands at the core of their needs. What do they bring to the table? Efficiency, responsibility and laser-focus dedication to the task. They don't mind working 9-to-8, six days a week, for 12 years as long as that's what it takes to get where they want to go. Day by day, they build their body of work. Is this tiring? They don't complain. Stoicism is their personal religion.

Can this sky-high level of determination make Capricorns turn on their friends? Sometimes. If you a true friend, you would understand just how much Caps have staked on their goals. It is all they live for. Such people are not easy to find, especially for loners like the Goats. So when they eventually come across someone who understands them and values them for all they bring to the table (and that's A LOT), they are as unlikely as anyone to turn against you. But temporary alliances for the sake of immediate gains along the long way towards the coveted prize? Yeah, those can be thrown off-board, should they be deemed dispensable in the larger scheme of things. Remember, Capricorns are always under enormous amount of pressure to reach their goals. Their goals are their guiding stars along the path of life. Without them they'd be lost, they wouldn't know what to wake up for int he morning.

In relationships, people born under this sign, prefer someone who appreciates their materialistic and practical approach to romance. The perfect birthday gift is a house insurance. The best expression of love interest is changing your broken tire. If you want romantic poems and to elope with your lover, Capricornian romance is not for you. But if you want reliable and practical partner who wants to build a stable life with you - look no further.

In the final analysis, Capricorn is the sign that teaches us the importance of goals. Goal by goal we build our life's legacy.
